SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All products are made-to-order and require 2-7 business days for production before shipping. Production time varies depending on the product type and current order volume.
Shipping Times After production is complete, shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 2-8 business days (standard shipping), 1-3 business days (express shipping)
- International: 7-21+ business days depending on destination
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guarantees. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and size of your items, and your selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Multiple Packages If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Fulfillment Partner We partner with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service, to manufacture and ship our products. Your order and shipping information will be shared with Printful to complete your delivery.
